Meet the Team

Erica has worked in the office since 2015. With on-site training and yearly water chemistry and chemical updates Erica is the go to on site for questions and concerns for customers Pool and Spa water chemistry. She manages all retail inventory, ordering and daily business operations. Since 2007, Aaron has installed and serviced Hot Springs Spas, fireplaces, and gas logs. Current installation of Swimming Pools with the latest technology and trends available. Aaron is helpful with customers questions and concerns about technical and product information. They are so excited to be the third generation to run the family business and get to keep the dream alive.

Carly has worked with the Comfort Center since early 2019 and also had years of prior experience with The Comfort Center when it was located on Pear Street here in St. Joseph. She is very knowledgeable and a great resource for customers on the showroom floor to display and explain the latest products available.

Since 1987, Kris has cleaned weekly, biweekly and opening and closing swimming pools and spas. She has kept up to date with the latest trends of vac service and overall chemicals for customers swimming enjoyment.

Austin is our handy spa, pool, and fireplace service technician. He handles our service calls ranging from spa leaks, pool filter trouble, sand changes, pool openings and closings, and much more. He's an important asset to our team.
